1. Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. There are no hidden shipping fees at checkout.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

- Monday – Saturday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Sunday: Closed
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping (Domestic): 5–8 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier's website.
5. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. The Shoe Garden is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately after placing your order.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
