At The Shoe Garden, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every pair of shoes you purchase from us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help with a straightforward and transparent return process.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags must be attached and packaging must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Items that show signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Gift cards.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back or arrange an in-store drop-off.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us directly. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, in which case we will cover the return shipping cost in full.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
